Weekends!
Wow it's been quiet here! I need tips! How do I get through the weekend? I never had an issue on weekends with sticking to goals and working out. Now that's gone to hell because I've got less to lose. What do you do to survive?

Hi!! I've graduated from the 50+ To Lose group, I started with 87lbs to lose. I now have 25 to go! My name is Krista, I'm 29, married with 2 children. I work full time, workout at home and take taekwondo classes! I didn't think I'd get this far when I first joined MFP :bigsmile:
What is your fave go-to workout DVD or workout routine?
I don't have a fave DVD yet but I always prefer the elliptical if I have time because I have found that burns more calories than some other machines...what about you? Any ideas/suggestions/recommendations for what you do???
Exercise!
Has anyone got any suggestions on what exercise i can do! I walk my dog and do an exercise dvd everyday but i never feel as if im really pushing myself, i also have problems doing high intensity cardio as it gives me really bad chest pains. Any advice would be very helpful:smile:

Exercise advice
I am my Mothers' care taker & I am wondering how that falls within the exercise guide lines??? I bathe, transfer her, load her in & out of the car,wheelchair,etc. Any suggestions on what I can put. Sometimes I work up a GOOD sweat working with her. Help me out, please....Trish

What's your best option for food when you're out without supplies? I'm eating a lot of slices of frttata; or yoghurt.
