ingrown toenail and working out
Hey everyone have a very bad ingrown toenail with my big toe! Really sore and can't run or go treadmill, and tips on what workouts I can do to lose cals with out over doing it? I'm a gym member btw Thanks everyone x

Hi girls, Started MFP 3 weeks ago and dying to get my pre pregnancy body back!! Had a section 12 weeks ago and no periods as of yet??? I am not breastfeeding!! - I exercise 3 times a week for an hour, eating normally any ideas on how to get it going sorry for the off track topic xx
