I have been doing Zumba for about a month and was wondering if anyone else has been enjoying this wonderfully fun and energizing form of exercise! I absolutley love it and I'm also wondering how we can get that put on as a form of exercise for when we log our cardio!!!
Hi, I'm a 32 year old woman who used to be in great shape......oh about 10 years ago...lol! About two years ago, I got down to about 128 lbs which I was pretty happy with, then I met my boyfriend and his son and in almost an instant was a girlfriend and stepmom all in one, (keep in mind I have no children of my own yet),…
