I'm new question about my Calories allowed v.s. earned calor
I was wondering if i should stick with the amount of calories I was given.. in my case 1200 and not take in the "earned" calories from excersise. I would think that if I don't eat them i would lose weight quicker, but i don't want my metabilism to slow down either. Thanks bunches... I am so excited to join there are so…
