I had been using my phone exclusively for my tracking - but when using the computer yesterday, I saw their fitbit thing - looks like pedometer on steroids! Just curious!

24 Grams Sugar for the Day? This seems unrealistic!
I am over on Sugar EVERY DAY - some days more than twice over! I am going back and looking at my choices and where I can make changes.... 1 banana & 1 yogurt = 22 grams sugar! Does anyone know how fitness pal comes up with that? Thanks!!! Sugar Overloaded!

Over 40 Ladies - perimenopause or menopause?
I would love to become friends or join a group of ladies who are battling the same issues I am. It is not nearly as easy to drop weight as it was in my 20s or 30s! I have improved my diet a lot - but my cholesterol and thyroid are still issues. I take thyroid medication, but want to avoid cholesteral lowering medications…
