I LOVE turkey and recently tried out a box of frozen turkey burgers in an attempt to save some calories over a beef burger. Unfortunately the brand that I bought (Philly-Gourmet) are awful and have a chemical flavor. Any recommendations for better brands that I might find in my supermarket (US) ?
I love almonds/walnuts/mixed nuts but on my last MFP diet I figured out that it's almost impossible to limit myself to one serving. I'll eat one serving and then binge on the rest of the container.
