Increase or Decrease Cals
I have been on and off mfp for nearly 2 years. weight fluctuating by 15 pounds or so. I have not lost an ounce since December last year, in fact its increasing. I have tried 1200, 1350 and now 1450 cals per day with a sedentary setting as I have an office job. I am 5ft 8 and 47 years old, I workout minimum 3 times a week.…
