Is it still a "cheat" meal if I'm within my calorie goal?
I have been craving arroz con maiz (spanish rice w/corn) all day....so I'm making it as I type this up. Even though the dinner works within my calorie goal, is still considered a cheat meal because it is not healthy? Either way...I'm indulging :smile:

Looking for more option on low calorie, spanish dishes. As a puerto rican woman, this is my biggest challenge. As a side note...I don't like spicy foods. I have yet to try brown rice (i'm too afraid....lol) but I am willing and open to any suggestions you may have. Thanks :happy:
