Hello all, Does anyone have any experiences, good or bad, with the Juice PLUS + system?
I don't know enough about it? Why do we need it? What does it do to you? Why is this site obsessed by it? I want to lose weight, so I am eating less fat and sugar and doing plenty of cardio exercise. Should I be trying to take on more Protein? If so, how will I do this without taking on loads of calories? Your thoughts?
