Ovenbaked Crispy Chicken 360 Kcals
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS:-
1 1/2 Tablespoons golden breadcrumbs
1/2 Tablespoon grated Parmesan or Low fat cheddar cheese
1/2 Teaspoon grated lemon zest (optional)
salt & pepper to taste
2 Tablespoons natural yoghurt
2 Tablespoons Skimmed Milk
1 off 100-150g (4-5 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breast
Pre-heat the oven to Gas Mark 4, 350 F, 180C
On a 'side-plate' Mix 1 1/2 Tablespoon of breadcrumbs, 1/2 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest (optional) and a little salt and pepper
In a desert bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of Natural Yoghurt and 2 tablespoons of Skimmed Milk
Dip the chicken breast into the bowl, shake off the excess and roll in the breadcrumb mixture until completely coated.
bake on a very lightly oiled tray for 25-35 minutes until the chicken is brown and crispy.
