hi, new here...over the past 1 1/2 years I have lost almost 40 lbs (from 185 to 147), and am trying to lose that last 10-12 lbs to get to 135...very exciting. I count calories (about 1200-1400 a day), and work out at the gym wishfully 3-4 times a week, but more like 1-2 times if that. I will put up pics soon if anyone is…
