hi, new here...over the past 1 1/2 years I have lost almost 40 lbs (from 185 to 147), and am trying to lose that last 10-12 lbs to get to 135...very exciting.
I count calories (about 1200-1400 a day), and work out at the gym wishfully 3-4 times a week, but more like 1-2 times if that.
I will put up pics soon if anyone is interested!!

Hi! This is a great place, you can find lots of folks struggling with that last bit of weight. Gratz on what you've lost so far on your own! I don't think I could have lost anything without MFP and the fantastic people here, so you're way ahead of the game!!!
