My name is rj and i work for a shipping company. I changed my eating habits and joined the gym 4 months ago. I love my life right now and I feel great as I'm currently eating mostly raw foods. I eat regularly but eating and juicing raw foods is definitely the way to go! Nice meeting you guys!
