Hello, I have heard many benefits of juicing and am mildly interested in starting. My reservations are about texture and taste. Worried lots of greens will tast like my yard and I don't want to get turned off. Suggestions?

Actual calories burned: best tracking method?
I have read that people often overestimate calories burned by relying on sometimes inaccurate or inflated numbers provided by mfp or fit bit etc. I am looking for a simple answer if there is one. Would a heart rate monitor do this? I'm looking for solid info to use for actual calories burned to track my activity better.…

I missed my Goal today:(
I missed my 30 lb goal by today. But I'm not too terribly discouraged. I will reach for 30 at my Jan 5th weigh-in. I just gotta do the work and stay honest with myself. Who can tell me how missing their goal affects them? What do you do to keep on track after?
