Protein shakes??
So I've been struggling to hit my protein through my food consumption so I was looking for some opinions on protein shakes, I do strength training a few days a week so would protein shakes be an efficient way to increase my intake??

Lost 10lbs but now I'm struggling
So since March I've lost 10lbs, I'm happy to lose weight at a steady pace however I'm struggling with my eating lately, slipping back into old habits and binging on unhealthy foods, any advice to get back on track?

Increasing calories to lose weight?
So I've seen a lot of people say that only when they upped their calories their weightloss started again, if you're following MFP calorie goals then is it actually necessary to increase your calories? I'm trying to understand how that would work but it's quite confusing, could someone explain this please?

Slimming world vs MFP

Quality of calories
I know that to lose weight it's basically calories in and calories out, however do you find generally find that using your calories on more nutritious foods opposed to using some of them on sugary snacks etc, that you lose weight more consistently?

Clean eating guide - how did you start?
I'm trying to educate myself on healthy foods, however trying to phase out my habits of eating quick and easy processed foods to clean eating is overwhelming, for those of you who have done the same how did you start? what were your initial struggles if any?
