How long does it take to see change?
In the last 7 weeks, I've lost 10 lbs... YAY! I work out at least 5 days a week, 30 min of cardio, 30 min of strength training (switching between upper and lower body on different days). I sometimes go for a 2.5 mile run after work too (if I can make it out before the sun goes down). I'm also keeping under my calories and…
