STUCK, SHOULD I INCREASE MY CALORIES?
I HAVE LOST 26PDS ON A 1340 CALORIE DIET, WHICH I WANTED TO LOSE TWO PDS A WEEK. NOW I'M STUCK! CHANGED BACK TO 1 PD A WEEK WITH MORE CALORIES, IS THIS GONNA HELP ME OR NOT? OR SHOULD I STAY THE SAME?:flowerforyou: HELP?
