Having a hard time keeping it going after about a month

How many servings a day of each category?
Dairy, veges, fruit, grains, oils How many servings is one supposed to have of these each day? I've done several internet searches but I can't quite seem to find a place that has a list. I'd also like to know how much depending on how many calories one is eating, since as you lose weight you eat fewer calories. Thanks!
