How many servings a day of each category?

How many servings is one supposed to have of these each day? I've done several internet searches but I can't quite seem to find a place that has a list. I'd also like to know how much depending on how many calories one is eating, since as you lose weight you eat fewer calories.

I like this plate better than the USDA one, plus the site has a lot other great information on nutrition and weight loss/maintenance.
