Zone Diet/Macros
Anybody here follow the zone diet or have any opinion on it? Essentially says you should be eating 40 carbs/30 fat /30 protein at every meal. I made some homemade turkey chili that fits these specifications but it took me FOREVER to calculate it all out and am not really sure if it's something I should be following through…
