that time of the month...
I need to workout today, but I'm just not feeling it. I feel so disgusting and crampy :grumble: What do you do to get through the workout at this time?

lucky
I was horrible over the weekend with my eating. I had a baby shower saturday and a birthday party sunday and I did not count my calories or eat in the best interest of my weight loss. I weighed myself this morning expecting a gain, but instead I stayed at the same weight. I'm thanking my lucky stars for this!

a little bummed
I went to Starbucks this morning with my sister to get a Pumpkin Spice Latte. I ordered it nonfat with no whipped cream to save on the calories, but I think the barista added the whipped cream. Now that's 70 calories I lost for the day. I would've complained, but I didn't realize it until after I left the store. :grumble:

new runner needing advise
I just recently started the C25K program and started off great. I was doing day 2 of the workout last night and noticed my shins were "burning" and kind of tight feeling. stiff or sore knees
I just started the C25K program on Monday and seem to have some issues with my knees after the workout. I don't know if it's just stiffness from the workout itself, not stretching, being overweight, or what. Does anyone else have this issue and if so, does it eventually go away once the running is more routine?
