Looking for support from women over 40
I have been back at it for a couple of weeks now and I am just hoping to find some women around my age who are struggling to lose over 30 lbs. too so we can support each other...of course I am open to adding younger women and also men, but it seems that as we get older, the harder it is to take off.

Coconut oil
Just bought some Organic, unrefined, extra virgin coconut oil to add to my smoothies. Anybody know if it's really a good choice to add the fat to a morning smoothie before working out?

Sugar vs. Substitutes
I am wondering what everyone uses in their coffee, sugar or a sugar substitute? I have read so many pros and cons for each I really don't know what I should use! Currently I'm drinking about 4-5 large iced coffee's per week with a little milk and 2 equal packets. Also I was curious if anyone knows if one form of substitute…

New to myfitnesspal and looking for some tips/ideas~
I just joined this site yesterday after trying the "other" popular site and I must say I am really impressed! However, I am new to "food journaling" and calorie counting, etc. and could use any tips or ideas! I find that I am still really hungry at night and cannot shake these sugar cravings.
