I bought a gym ball today and have found a great you tube tutorial from someone called Adam Ford. anyone heard of him or had any ssuccess with the gym ball? I thought I'd use it on my days off from jillIan Michael's ripped In 30 as it's more chilled!

frustrated on day two!!
Hi all, I was hoping someone could give me some advice on sore muscles. I'm on day 5 of my transformation and started JM.'S ripped In 30 the only problem is that it's only day two and my legs are so sore that I can hardly sit or walk...lol. I don't want to miss a day so how can I stop the soreness? any advice would be…

mmmm!! a new find
I just wanted to share this yummy find....Asda garlic bread slices (which are big) 110 calories for 3 slices had them for tea with weight watchers pasta and mozzarella. it was totally delish and satisfying I felt llike I'd eaten something really naughty!! lol
