How do you log 30 day shred under exercise?
Hello all, was hoping some of you weight lifting veterans could share some of your routines and tips. I would like to add weights to my cardio routine at home. How many times of week is appropriate? I was thinking 3x using my 7 lb weights. Do you follow up with cardio? Which moves are best for arms and butt? Any help/ info…
Hi there, I am trying to figure out how to log a 1hour intense fitness class called cardio core boot camp. How would I add this under exercise? It's intense cardio ( burpees, pushups, lunges, squats) as well as strengthening. Need some feedback please :)
