How much did I just burn?
Wondered if anyone could help provide me with an estimated amount of calories that I just burned. I would be so grateful as I can't seem to find the answer on here or the net. I'm 192 lbs and I just did 1/3 jogging to 2/3 walking for 30 minutes around my 5 acres on uneven ground and obstacles. Thanks so much

Exercise for beginners
I am very out of shape and have tried to do a 30 min workout routine but it's too advanced for me and there are too many squats. Does it always start this way? I've had problems with that in the past or is it that when I start exercising the muscle builds so quick that I gain weight from that?
