Always going over my sugar!
Almost every day I end up going over my sugar intake for the day. However, I'm not eating unhealthy. It's coming from fruit like strawberries, blueberries and my daily apple? Is this sugar intake bad or what? Advice please and no sarcastic mean replies please!

LFT Starting over! Phase 1
Hey LiveFiters, I started Phase 1 back in January but due to a back injury, I was forced to stop mid Phase 2. Well I'm back and ready to start this amazing transformation over again! It's been 4 weeks since I was able to step into the gym and I couldn't be more happy to sweat it out!
