I've noticed that when I eat breakfast and workout, the next day I have lost weight. When I don't eat breakfast my weight stays the same or increases. So I force myself toeat at least an egg or something. Is this true for anyone else or something similar?
I am an emotional eater and the other day my emotions were everywhere! although I did run 2 miles at the gym and it increased the amounts I was allowed to eat, I feel ashamed and angry!:embarassed: I just needed to get that out of my system and see if anyone had any ideas for me to stop emo eating!
