  • this is my first BL weigh in. I weighed 180 when I started MFP. I lost 3 lbs last week, had an emotional eating day and today back up to 180. BUT, there's always a but, I lost inches. • THANKS EVERYONE SOO MUCH!! THIS SUPPORT REALLY HELPS ME!! I do have trouble express my emotions as someone mentioned. I keep it bottled up and eat. I will try hard to let my feelings go even if it means crying. Who knows, that may burn calories too!
  • I am an emotional eater and the other day my emotions were everywhere! although I did run 2 miles at the gym and it increased the amounts I was allowed to eat, I feel ashamed and angry!:embarassed: I just needed to get that out of my system and see if anyone had any ideas for me to stop emo eating! Thanks for listening

They even have bars dipped in chocolate! :blushing: This way I'm satifying my need for chocolate and not feeling guilty about it! Just remember No one's perfect!
