From Bypass to Marathon going to be a ride
Hello to all. my start point is 240lb and will get down to 190 and then will run a marathon. On March 6th I did get to the finish line of a 1/2 marathon in 2 hrs 41 min 6 months after my bypass surgery I only had 90 day to train for it.
