Hello to all.
my start point is 240lb and will get down to 190 and then will run a marathon.
On March 6th I did get to the finish line of a 1/2 marathon in 2 hrs 41 min 6 months
after my bypass surgery I only had 90 day to train for it.

Now that is very impressive. FIrst of all to recover from bypass, then to run this far, then to run it that fast, plus moving at that speed without being a feather weight. Well done. I too am trying to get to around 190 and started at 240:). Although no marathons for me, I like the 10 k which I can finally actually do again in under an hour so LIfe is good. Marathons are too hard on my aching bones:) I am very impressed.0
