I know I weigh less in the a.m. but is that the most accurate time? What time does everyone weigh themselves? I don't update my morning weight because I assume it's not my "real" weight
so i'm back on the wagon...i had a baby 13 months ago and lost 35 lbs of what i gained and i gave up. but now im in my friends wedding so i really need to lose my tummy....any suggestions? ive just been doing the bike
