I recently was introduced to hummus, which I love and it is relatively healthy. What I need is an equally healthy "chip" to dip into the hummus. It's a little icky alone - haha. :)
I am brand new to this weight loss and exercise thing. I have done many on again/off again diets and exercise, but nothing seems to have worked so far. I am getting the EA Active 2 for Christmas and hoping that helps me out. If anyone has the information to add that into the exercise database - that would help a lot too.…
