I have been lurking on here for awhile, but just getting into the groove of eating properly and dieting. I would like to lose 30 -40 lbs by January, I am 175 now. What are some tricks and ideas to keep me motivated to continue on so I can see results??? Thanks! Erica
How can I get it? I am the type of person that says I'll start tomorrow and tomorrow never comes. I have no willpower! What works for you? How can I get off this rollercoaster and be accountable. I have two kids and work fulltime and have no me time!
