Feeling very uninspired! Is it even possible?
I started my weight loss journey on Jan. 22, 2013. I am well aware that losing weight and being more healthy takes time. I just wonder if it's even possible to get to my goal! :( I am only a 1200 cal diet and I work out 4-5 times a week for An hour an fifteen minutes.
