Just had a baby six months ago and I'm wanting to get back in shape. I was unable to exercise during pregnancy due to health reasons. I am on a 1400 calorie diet and I work out 4-5 times a week. I do cardio for 30 minutes and then weight lifting for about 1hr and 15 min.
