Confused (BMR is higher than TDEE - 20% - Scooby's)
I am 5'9" and currently 238 lbs. I'm female and 36 years old. I am currently pretty sedentary (but working to change that!) I used Scooby's calculator and it put my BMR at 1840, but my TDEE - 20% at 1766. Is this correct? From what I've read, you shouldn't eat below your BMR but this is over 80 cal less.
