Confused (BMR is higher than TDEE - 20% - Scooby's)

I am 5'9" and currently 238 lbs. I'm female and 36 years old. I am currently pretty sedentary (but working to change that!) I used Scooby's calculator and it put my BMR at 1840, but my TDEE - 20% at 1766. Is this correct? From what I've read, you shouldn't eat below your BMR but this is over 80 cal less. I used the Fat2Fit BMR calculator which gave me a BMR of 1845 and a TDEE -20% of 1912...quite a difference!!! For the Fat 2 Fit calculator, I used 180 lbs as my goal weight. I used Scooby's first and was using that as my calorie goal until I got to do more reading. Which one is correct?

Thank you for the help!

You shouldn't eat below BMR anyway, so you can't use that 20% deficit off the first number you got.
    I'd eat at 1912.
