Do most people using MFP in conjunction with WW customize their goals (carb/prot/fat) or use the guided goals? If so What do you change your % of each to ?
Hi everyone- I just started MFP this week . Just wondering if people customize their carb/protein / fat/ ratio on their goals, since eating this way says I am way over on that fat and protein. If so what do most people re-set their ratios to? I would like to lose 30 pounds . Thanks!
