Looking for friends and motivation!!
I seem to get on track with a weight plan and when I find that its not working fast enough I jump ship for a better sounding one or give up altogether. I realize that the easiest way to do this is to keep focused, just keep going and celebrate the little pounds. If your in the same boat, add me!
