Who me?!! Second NSV!!!

So last week I was doing 45 minutes of cardio and I really stepped it up this week to an hour a day (Monday to Friday). We had a CPR/First Aid class today and we were talking about always being cold and the instructor turned to me and said "Its because you need a little meat on your bones". What? Me? The scale hasn't moved in leaps and bounds but I must be losing inches. Yay!!!
