Feeling lonely.
Hi all, starting again after gaining back 25lbs I lost :( . I don't like to talk about my journey with anyone in my life. My partner knows, but he has an excellent metabolism and eats 4000kcal a day and is still a rake, which is even more frustrating. Hi, really want to do more food prep, but I would need to freeze a lot of it. looking fir some advice or ideas. Can I freeze and microwave a standard rice, chicken and broccoli meal? (i know the evils of microwaving, lol) thank you!

Looking for a food plan
Hi, Just starting back on this and decided to do it different this time. I don't just want to calorie count, but find it hard to eat healthy without some sort of plan (food ends up going to waste and I spend a fortune). Can anyone recommend a plan to follow?

Metabolism seems slowed?

How many calories to eat?
I know this has probably been posted before, but I am confused by how many calories I should be eating. I thought I just went with the 1200 calories that mfp calculates, but I have seen other posts about bmr and other things that have got me confused! My bmr is around 1600 - is 1200 a day right? Thank you!

Best trainers for the gym?
Just started going to the gym and I am finding my knees and ankles are getting sore. My friend suggested it might be my old trainers. Not sure what I am lookin for when I go shopping for new ones, as have usually bought for fashion. Any advice much appreciated. P.s. are 'runtone' trainers b reebok an good?
