Hit my halfway mark with my Wednesday weigh in! Last night with the scouts we had to do some running for one of their electives. Felt great when I hit the afterburners, I shocked myself. Could tell the difference for sure.
So I started back on September 9th, at 265 pounds. I wanted to drop 20 pounds by Thanksgiving, and then another 25 pounds sometime next year.
