3 years ago i logged on mfp for almost 400 days straight and loss over 70lbs. Now..after a small 15lb relapse..i am back hard and looking for some motivational people to share diaries and interesting recipes and food plans with. Add me! Cheers!

Thanks MFP! Now apparently I am too skinny! Which tells me that some people are just *kitten*. Oh well... Stick with your goals and be smart...this site rocks!

Drink ideas for the lushes? I'm a vodka and ice water kinda guy...maybe some bourbon and diet coke....even like a low cal beer from time to time. Which is a great leap from my old habits of tall boys upon tall boys LOL

Thank you MFP and my beautiful wife for showing me this app and inherently showing me the way to a healthier lifestyle. I started MFP and good old will power at 255 lbs on Sept 19...here on Dec 14, I am down 45 pounds to 210...and I feel amazing. I have more energy, and god damn it I love eating better and living…
