Hmmm..i guess In a way..I always wanted a large chest/neck area tattoo to flow with my other upper body tattoos...maybe subconsciously i was waiting to hit my goal...which i hit last weekend...strangely enough I got my 7th tattoo last weekend on the same day I hit 185 Good luck

What worked for me the best and quickly is maintaining a 40% Carb 30% Protein and 30% fat intake daily....use protein supplements if necessary. If you have to go over...go over on protein and then carbs..fat last....Balancing your diet within your caloric intake is KEY

I dont look at this as a diet plan or a goal. I look at this as a tool that allows me to focus on eating right and healthy all the time. My goal was 20 lbs ago....now my goal is just to be as fit as I can be..the #s mean nothing

Thanks for all the kind words. I don't havr any ssecrets to my success except I have focused on keeping my nutritional value based on "the zone" diet or 40% carb 30% protein and 30% fat...my daily calorie goal has never been lower then 2170.
