Getting Passed Self Loathing
So I know we all have our own personal demons, things we wish would evaporate but are always there in the back of our thoughts. I want to know how do you guys get passed being your own worst enemy? Whether it is losing weight or gaining control of addiction problems?

Vegan Dieters!
So I have recently went from Vegetarian to Vegan and outside of it giving me an incredible amount of energy I am losing weight pretty consistently. I was wondering if there are any other vegan/vegetarians like me on My Fitness Pal? If so we should be friends, share recipes, ect! :smile:

Should I weight myself every few days or every week?
I have been finding myself wanting to weight myself as soon as I am done with each work out should I wait and weigh myself every week? What are everyone's thought on this? What do you guys do?
