Again, with a pregnancy question. I'm going on 22 weeks. I gained 4lbs in one week. And I'm sticking between 1700-2100 calories a day (up from my normal 1300-1500). Is this normal?

Those that are participating in this, what are you giving up? I'm giving up peanut butter. I have a sick obsession (no really, its sick) and feel I'm adding on an extra (average) 400 cals/day just eating spoonfuls out of the jar! Sadly, I do this all the time! 2 TBS. = 190 cals.
When I first started on here my calorie goals were "recommended" at about 1220. I've been on here for months and barely lost a pound. I've read that raising the cals you aim for each day could help... have you done this and has it worked?
