bake a sweet potato! they're so good for you and taste great too. When I have extra calories i add a some yogurt butter and brown sugar. if i dont i do a dash of splenda with some cinnamon! delightful!

i always "knew" the less you way the less you burn. thats why they say to lower your weight a certain percentage on the elliptical and treadmill. but your lower weight may have motivated you to work a little harder at the run? sorry, i'm not much help! lol

add two scoops of cool whip lite on top (frozen or not) and its delightful. honestly, i drizzled a tad bit of chocolate syrup on top too :) 80 or so cals and its really really good!

If I'm going for a sweet taste, ill add a tad bit of yogurt, or 1 packet of splenda with strawberries, blue berries, strawberry jello, splenda and Cinnamon- experiment with it! Or if im eating it with like steak, ill just add salt, pepper and garlic. maybe some chives...

I was 136.4 yesterday morning. Yesterday afternoon I ate a DD muffin, burned off those calories ++ (I was under cals also) and tthis morning I was 138...I know if fluctuates daily but really, was it because of the freaking muffin?!?!?! hahahaha:laugh:

Try running in intervals. 50 minutes alternating 2 min. @ 4.0mph with a slight incline with 3 min @ 7.0 mph... Gets your heart rate pumping so you're burning a great deal of calories. Not to mention it does pass the time...rather than one pace the entire time.

Most days I'm taking in around 1500 cals. I workout about 5-6 days a week burning between 600-1000 cals each session. So yah on a "normal" day of 1500 cals and working out, I'm under 1200. hmmmm

I can recommend a great whey protein powder. Pro Nos- Double chocolate fudge. I take one scoop of that (145 cals) Mix it with 1 cup skim milk 1 frozen bananas 4-6 ice cubes. Sometimes I add peanut butter (2 tablespoons) For an added treat. :heart: it!

OK, I'm back in it! Water is good, @ almost 60 oz. Breakfast was a great boal of oatmeal with cinammon. Back at work so I'm doing the stairs at lunch and on breaks. I'm making my time at night to be 8pm, as opposed to 730. Thats what I normally do anyway. Good luck:happy:

i would say no. always think smart! underestimate calories burned, over estimate cal intake. broth such as swanson has a lot of sodium! good day:flowerforyou:

Doing great with the water. Added some lemon into a huge jug so I'm enjoying it more! I never, ever miss breakfast. I need that and a cup o' joe to survive! Tonight I had a half of D&D pumpkin donut. It was delish, I'm still under cals though! Goodnight.
