Ate more yesterday, weigh less today?!!?
Help! I am so confused and bewildered. I've heard a million different things: Make sure to meet the 1200 calorie goal, but don't go over. Don't go under or your metabolism will slow down. Actually, it doesn't matter if you go under, if you go a little over, ETC. I don't know what to do! I have been trying to lose more…
