I watch my diet but always short in fiber and too much sugar. What is high fiber food and taste good?
Hi all :) I am trying to loose weight and get leaner. Do I supposed to eat goal amount of carbo? Or below is better or ok .. And fat intake is over almost everyday even I drink nonfat milk etc. need your advise.
I am watching fiber intake since I wanted to lower my LDL cholesterol. When I add Cardio exercise in myfitness pal, the goal amount of fiber increase,Why?
