The main reason it increases (as do many other Things) is because once you burn calories your body needs more nutrients to supplement itself. The Original totals you see is if you were to just eat for that day without exercise. Once you exercise you need to put more into your body for the things that you lose.

So things like protein, and Fiber will increase because that is what your body needs. And When you work out you need more of it.

(and just a FYI...I am not an expert on this topic by any means...But I have the general Idea down. Hope this helped :P)

Under MFP's program your calories will increase when you enter exercise, calories... carbs... protein... fat, everything that doesn't have a specific RDA (recommended daily amount ie vitamins)
It's how the program here is designed to work, your caloric deficit for weight loss is given to your IN your daily calorie limit. The amount you're given as a daily goal includes the deficit to lose weight at your chosen rate (0.5 lbs, 1 lb 1.5 lbs or 2 lbs per week)
That's without lifting a finger in the form of exercise. Exercise widens the deficit to what could be unsustainable amounts so we're supposed to et the calories back ;)

Ok Thank you but... I also limit my calorie per day to 1000.....even I do more exercise
That means, within 1000 calories, I should change the quality of food I eat to fulfill the nutritious balance? .
